All puppy purchases are subject to availability and approval. By placing a reservation or making a purchase, you agree to:

Understand that all puppy sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing
Acknowledge that owning a Bernese Mountain Dog requires time, resources, and long-term care
A separate Puppy Purchase Agreement may be required before finalizing your adoption.
We strive to provide only healthy, well-socialized puppies. Each puppy comes with a health certificate, vaccination records, and veterinary clearance at the time of delivery or pickup.
Any health guarantees will be outlined in a written health warranty and must be agreed upon before the puppy is released.
Full payment is due prior to or at the time of delivery
We accept payments through approved methods only (e.g., bank transfer, credit card via secure third-party processor)
All payments are final unless otherwise stated in a written refund policy
We offer nationwide delivery and local pickup options. Specific delivery methods, timelines, and fees will be discussed with each customer individually.
Divine Promise Family  is not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery services or flight changes.
